Francis Ford Coppola is very dedicated to his hometown of San Francisco, so
when he decided to film "The Conversation" there, he wanted to include one
of the local icons of Union Square.
Robert remembers that Copolla had nearly a dozen cameras set up around the Square,
including in the upper levels of surrounding hotels and stores
